Description
An enzyme peel with bio-enzymes and seaweed - developed for all skin types, especially dry, sensitive skin and skin with dilated capillaries. It gently removes dead skin cells without mechanical action and prepares the skin to better absorb the products that follow - which directly improves the effectiveness of serums, ampoules or moisturising masks during the treatment. Suitable as a preparatory step where mechanical exfoliation is contraindicated.
Active ingredients
Papain - an enzyme found naturally in papaya fruit. It gently exfoliates dead surface cells without abrasive particles - suitable even for sensitive skin with capillaries, where standard mechanical exfoliation would cause redness or irritation. It also has anti-inflammatory and tightening properties.
Lemon extract - has antibacterial and antiseptic properties. Cleanses, refreshes and brightens discolouration, tightens enlarged pores and smooths fine lines - effectively preparing the skin for toner or serums so the active ingredients absorb better.
Grapefruit extract - rich in vitamins B, C, E and P. Has antibacterial properties and helps firm and tone the skin - enhancing the overall treatment result and making it last longer.
Seaweed extract - improves circulation, soothes irritation and strengthens the skin's protective barrier. Intensely moisturises the skin and restores firmness and elasticity - reducing redness after exfoliation, so the client leaves with a noticeable feeling of comfort right after the treatment.
Green tea extract - bacteriostatic, with cleansing and anti-inflammatory action - additionally protects the skin during the treatment, which is particularly relevant when working with reactive or problem skin.
Echinacea - boosts the capacity of the protective hydrolipid barrier and stimulates the skin's natural defence mechanism. Soothes and rejuvenates irritated and dehydrated facial skin - especially useful for clients with reactive or seasonally dry skin that tolerates active treatments less well.
