Personal hygiene disinfectant (Type 1 biocide). For professional use only. For disinfection of hands and skin in healthcare and public facilities. Not to be used for treatment of wounds or damaged skin.

CHEMISEPT G is characterised by broad fungicidal and bactericidal action, eliminating Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria (including tuberculosis pathogens), and inactivating viruses (HBV, HIV, Rota-, Adeno- and Herpes). The low-volatility ethyl alcohol in this disinfectant's formulation prevents respiratory allergies. It is an effective solution for rapid disinfection of skin and hands.

Attention: Professional users must apply the occupational health and safety measures and waste management procedures specified on the label and in the safety data sheet.

Use: Chemisept G is used for hygienic and surgical disinfection of hands and skin (before operations, injections, punctures and other procedures) in healthcare facilities (operating theatres, procedure rooms, etc.); in public facilities. The product is ready for use.

Hygienic hand disinfection
Wet hands with Chemisept G and rub in with massaging motion; repeat the procedure once more; contact time – 30 seconds. Hands must remain wet throughout this time.

Surgical hand disinfection
Wet hands with Chemisept G and rub in with massaging motion; repeat the procedure once more; contact time – 3 minutes. Hands must remain wet throughout this time.

Skin disinfection before operations and punctures
Wet the skin at the intervention site with Chemisept G (injection, blood collection and other procedures) and wait 30 seconds. To strengthen the effect against viruses, wait until the skin surface dries. At puncture and surgical incision sites, thoroughly wet the skin with a sterile swab soaked in Chemisept G, or spray; contact time – 3 minutes. In case of HBV risk, extend the contact time to 2 minutes – by repeatedly spraying Chemisept G onto the skin and waiting until it dries. For aseptic operations, thoroughly wet the skin with a sterile swab soaked in Chemisept G, from the incision site outwards. For septic operations, thoroughly wet the skin with a sterile swab soaked in Chemisept G, from the outside towards the septic wound.

Precautions: Do not use for disinfection of facial skin or mucous membranes; protect eyes.

Keep out of reach of children. Store at no higher than 25°C, avoid direct sunlight.
