The Class B autoclave operates on the fractional pre-vacuum principle: air removal is achieved through a sequence of vacuum pulses and steam injections. This is currently the most effective method, ensuring complete sterilisation for all types of items - catheters, needles, endoscopes, specula, dental burs, saws, scissors and more. Compared to S or N class devices, Class B is suitable for both wrapped and unwrapped instruments, as well as hollow-lumen materials.

The chamber is made from acid-resistant steel (chromium and nickel alloy) - a durable solution for intensive daily use, with no risk of corrosion or surface damage. An electronic door lock prevents accidental opening during a cycle, ensuring safe operation even when multiple specialists work in the salon at the same time. The device complies with European standard prEN 13060 Class B, is CE certified and meets the EU Directive 93/42/EEC.

The integrated thermal printer documents the progress of each sterilisation cycle - this allows you to quickly provide documentation during inspection and prove compliance with hygiene standards without additional effort.

Sterilisation Programmes

The device has 4 automatic programmes with operating temperatures of 121 or 134 °C. Different programmes allow you to sterilise various materials with a single device, saving space and time:
