EL CARTEL 0.20 mm 3RL cartridges are a reliable choice for studios where fine line and realism make up most of the bookings. The brand was founded to supply high-quality needles to the most demanding tattoo artists: new-generation technology, strict quality control and premium materials are the reasons EL CARTEL cartridges are used in professional tattoo studios across Europe.

The RL 0.20 mm cartridge with a Long Taper suits artists who work on very precise outlines and want minimal skin trauma. The thin needle and elongated taper allow gentle, controlled ink insertion – ideal for fine line work, details and delicate outlines.

Key features

  • RL type – round liner configuration for outlining and details: ensures even ink distribution in even the finest lines.
  • Diameter 0.20 mm – an extra-thin needle for precise line work; lets you work where standard needles leave too thick a line.
  • Long Taper – gentle, precise needle entry into the skin with minimal trauma: the skin heals faster and the client feels less discomfort during the session.
  • Stable construction – smooth work without vibration; important during long sessions when the artist's hand is under extra strain.
  • Protective membrane – prevents ink and blood from leaking into the machine, saves cleaning time between clients and extends equipment life.
  • Transparent housing – full visibility of the needle and ink flow during work; the artist spots any deviation immediately without interrupting the process.
  • Sterile cartridges, shelf life up to 5 years – meet hygiene requirements and allow you to buy larger quantities without risk.

Suitable techniques

  • Fine line and thin outlines
  • Micro details and realism
  • Minimalist designs
  • Sketch-style and delicate lines

Why choose EL CARTEL?
