Flat pouches for sterilisation in autoclave or ETO

ELINE flat sterilisation pouches are designed for professional instrument sterilisation using steam (Steam) or ETO gas. The pouches are manufactured from light green, transparent polyester-polypropylene film bonded with medical paper, which allows steam and gas to penetrate during the sterilisation process.

Integrated sterilisation indicators

The steam and gas indicators in the pouches change colour during sterilisation, allowing you to quickly and clearly verify that the sterilisation process has been successful.

Reinforced corners protect against dust accumulation at the opening area and reduce contamination risk.

2. Certified and safe materials
The laminated transparent film complies with German standard EN 10/204. Medical paper complies with the following standards:

  • DIN 58953 (Germany)
  • Pharmacopoeia 589 (France)
  • pr EN 868-3 (European Union)
  • BS 6256 (United Kingdom)

3. Chevron-style opening
Special chevron cuts allow quick, easy and proper opening of the pouch without additional contamination risk.

4. High antibacterial protection
The pouches are made of:

  • one layer of laminated transparent film (special polyester and polypropylene copolymer blend),
  • white, moisture-resistant medical Kraft paper.

This structure ensures high antibacterial protection and safe instrument storage after sterilisation.

5. Extremely strong heat-sealed seams
Multiline heat-sealed seams are highly resistant and evenly spaced, with external sealing running the full length of the pouch to ensure maximum integrity.
