Seal the container tightly, place it in the freezer and remove once the water freezes. Wait a few minutes or pour warm water over the container and carefully remove the roller cap. Keep in mind that the massage should be pleasant, so if ice applied directly to the skin is too cold, use it gradually, starting with just a few strokes per day.

How to perform the massage:

Massage your face from the inside outward using long strokes. For larger areas, use circular motions, always moving upward. This creates an anti-gravity effect and achieves a skin-lifting result.
