The tape is used to support muscle function, stabilise joints and soft tissues and enhance proprioception. With 180% elasticity, it adapts to the body's natural contours without excessively restricting range of motion, so it moves with the body both during sport and in everyday life. Thanks to its discreet shade, the tape is less eye-catching when worn.

Material and adhesive

The kinesiology tape fabric is made from 96% cotton and 4% polyurethane, with a fabric weight of 170 g/m². The material is breathable, so the tape is comfortable to wear for longer periods. The acrylic adhesive is hypoallergenic, water-resistant and latex-free. Adhesion to the skin reaches 410 g/25 mm, so the strip stays in place during physical activity, and water resistance allows it to be worn in humid conditions as well.
