HABYS STANDARD Kinesiology Tape 5 cm × 5 m, Blue - an elastic kinesio tape for physically active people and rehabilitation. Suitable for running, training and everyday movement.

The tape is used to support muscle function, stabilise joints and soft tissues and enhance proprioception. With 180% elasticity, it adapts to the body's natural contours without excessively restricting range of motion, so it suits running, strength training and exercises that require freedom of movement. The vivid blue colour is clearly visible on the skin, making it easy to check during application that the tape is placed as intended.

Material and adhesive

The kinesiology tape fabric is made from 96% cotton and 4% polyurethane, with a fabric weight of 170 g/m². The material is breathable, so the tape is comfortable to wear for longer periods. The acrylic adhesive (55 g/m²) is hypoallergenic, water-resistant and latex-free. Adhesion to the skin reaches 410 g/25 mm, so the strip stays in place during physical activity, and water resistance allows it to be worn in humid conditions as well.
