HYDRA EVO AUTOCLAVE Steriliser with Printer 15 L, 230V

Automatic steam autoclave designed to sterilise unwrapped instruments. Closure system with operator safety hinge. Thermodynamic cool air lock removal system.

Two sterilisation cycles: 121 °C and 134 °C. Automatic pre-heating, sterilisation cycle and drying phases.

Factory-set non-modifiable cycles
All cycles are factory-preset and guarantee perfect and safe sterilisation of treated materials. Users have no ability to manipulate or modify cycles, protecting against risks from human error.

Pre-set temperature
Our autoclave cycles are set to 134 °C and 121 °C.

134°C cycles are typically used for sterilising hard and metallic materials.

121°C cycles are typically used for sterilising thermoplastic and soft materials.

Water reservoirs
The HYDRA EVO features an internal reservoir for clean water and another for used water. Each tank is fitted with probes to determine minimum and maximum water levels.

Fully automatic cycles
All cycles are fully automatic, with all operations controlled by advanced computer board with powerful microprocessor. Each stage (vacuum, pre-heating, exposure time, drying) is automatically monitored, assisted and managed. No human intervention in cycle control is required.

Door lock
Each door has 2 locks:

Mechanical, which does not open under pressure

Dynamic, operating with special door seal.

Built-in printer
Built-in printer for recording completed cycles.

The sterilisation chamber is entirely stainless steel AISI 304. It is heated by a band heating element, ensuring uniform heat. Supplied with four aluminium trays and one tray removal key.
