How to perform a paraffin wax treatment? Melt the paraffin wax in a paraffin wax bath. Before starting the treatment, exfoliate the skin. Apply a cream or mask. Dip the prepared area into the heated paraffin wax at least twice. Put on polyethylene gloves and then put on towelling gloves. The treatment should last 20 minutes.
