Paraffin treatment promotes circulation and opens pores. Uses: Stiff joints, dry and cracked hands and feet. Also suitable for general care of hands, elbows and feet. Treatment frequency: 1-2 treatments per week is recommended. Warning: Do not use paraffin on damaged skin, open wounds or rashes. Instructions: Melt the paraffin at a temperature of no less than 50°C. Check the temperature is suitable for use to avoid burns. Dip hands/feet/elbows into the paraffin approximately 3-6 times until a thick layer forms. Wait for the paraffin to cool and set, this takes about 10-15 minutes. Then remove the paraffin.
