How long does it take for the goods to be delivered?
The goods in the warehouse and in the store are sent within 1-2 working days after receiving the payment. Other items are shipped within 4-8 business days.
How are the goods delivered?
Parcels are delivered by Omniva and Venipak couriers to the address you specify or to the Omniva, Venipak or LP Express post office specified by you.
Where can I check the status of my order?
Registered customers can monitor order status and order history through their account. After logging in to your account, click "Orders ". Unregistered customers can find all the information by clicking on the link in e-mail. in the "Order Confirmation" letter.
