Usage Methods

Aromatherapy

Add 3–5 drops to a diffuser to create a relaxing, cleansing or energising atmosphere. Ideal for meditation, yoga or stress relief.

Muscle Relaxation

Mix with a carrier oil (such as almond or coconut) and massage into tense muscles after exercise or a long day.

Natural Perfume

Apply a small amount of diluted oil to pulse points (wrists, behind ears) and enjoy the fresh aroma.

Skin Moisturising

Add a few drops to your body cream to boost hydration and soften even dry skin.

Hair Care

Mix into shampoo or conditioner – helps strengthen hair, combat dandruff and revitalise the scalp.

Room Freshener

Mix with water in a spray bottle – freshen rooms, fabrics or bathrooms.

Relaxation Before Sleep

Use in the evening to reduce tension and improve sleep quality.
