Accessories for eyebrow and eyelash tinting

The 3% cream oxidant is mixed with the tint and activates it. Tint Remover is designed to remove tint residue from the skin, and Pack Eye pads protect the skin under the eyes when tinting the lashes. The soft brushes make tint application easy, and the bowls are used to prepare the mixture.
