Rosemary salt is recommended for preparing a relaxing bath for muscle and joint pain. It has muscle-relaxing, regenerating and revitalising properties. A salt bath with natural oils, characterised by intense aroma, helps relax tense, tired muscles, regenerate skin problems, and has a soothing and aromatherapy effect on the whole body.
Due to the scent of wintergreen, rosemary, camphor and mint and its relaxing effect, it revitalises, promotes stress reduction and muscle relaxation. Sea salt, camphor and mint help revitalise and regenerate muscles, soothe and relax the body. A combination of rosemary, camphor, mint and wintergreen extracts together with warm water helps to warm and relax muscles and joints; a warm bath has a circulation-improving effect.
POSITIVE EFFECTS OF SALT BATHS
It works well on the skin and moisturises it:
Salt water baths contain many nutrients and minerals that rejuvenate the skin. They contain minerals such as magnesium, calcium, bromine, sodium and potassium, which are absorbed through the skin's pores. They not only cleanse the skin's surface but also give it health and radiance.
Helps with detoxification:
A salt bath helps detoxify the skin and remove impurities. Warm water opens the pores, allowing minerals to penetrate deeper into the skin and cleanse it more thoroughly. A salt bath removes toxins and bacteria that have entered the skin during the day, so the skin looks youthful.
A source of magnesium:
A salt bath contains magnesium, which retains water in the skin. This moisturises the skin and supplements magnesium levels.
Youthful appearance:
Regular use of a salt bath can reduce the appearance of wrinkles, as the skin becomes soft and elastic in the bath.
Mental health:
A salt bath has a positive effect not only on physical but also on mental health. After a salt bath, a person feels calmer, happier and more relaxed. A bath is a great stress-relieving tool.
It works well on muscles and helps relieve muscle pain and soreness:
A salt bath relieves muscle pain and muscle stiffness, neutralises foot odour. It can be used to treat muscle pain and spasms resulting from sports injuries. A salt water bath protects against recurring spasms and has an excellent stress-reducing effect on the body.
Cleanses and disinfects:
Due to its natural antibacterial properties, sea salt can be used as a skin cleanser and is a gentle solution for oily skin and rashes.
Foot care, pedicure:
Used as a salt for soaking feet, it is perfect for all foot care and pedicure treatments.

Sea salt
It is also very beneficial to the skin. It is not by chance that it is included in the composition of many cosmetic products. It improves the condition of skin tissues, improves peripheral circulation and promotes skin renewal. Sea salt also has a soothing effect, promotes calming, restful sleep and moisturises the body well. A salt bath stimulates the whole body, strengthens detoxification and promotes skin metabolism.
Camphor and mint
Mint: a common ingredient in pain-relieving creams and Far Eastern balms. Their direct cooling effect promotes rapid pain relief. Menthol is the main ingredient of the peppermint plant. Effects: antispasmodic, soothing, cooling and astringent. Camphor oil has a gentle circulation, pain and inflammation-reducing and respiratory tract-cleansing effect. One of its most important uses is to improve subcutaneous tissue circulation and treat muscle and bone system diseases. Camphor oil is used as an ingredient in creams, massage and bath oils for additional treatment of tired, aching limbs.
Rosemary
One of the most popular medicinal herbs for muscle and bone pain. It is an important ingredient in products developed for treating rheumatism, muscle pain and muscle stiffness. Its muscle-relaxing, pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory effects are due to local circulation properties. It warms and relaxes affected muscles and activates circulation in the treated area.
Wintergreen
Its composition contains a unique chemical substance, methyl salicylate. Methyl salicylate is a derivative of salicylic acid, which has been used in folk medicine since ancient times and was originally extracted from willow bark. Known as wintergreen oil or birch oil, it is a naturally occurring compound that can be produced by many plant species, especially evergreens. In folk medicine, willow leaves and bark (which contain salicylic acid) were used two thousand years ago to relieve fever and pain. Methyl salicylate is a so-called non-steroidal anti-inflammatory compound that works by paralyzing cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes. Among several other processes, this enzyme is responsible for the onset of pain and inflammation. Ultimately, methyl salicylate has an effective anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving effect. It has a strong vasodilating and skin-drying effect. Topically, in salves and rubs, it is known as a muscle-relaxing and pain-relieving agent as it causes skin reddening and also produces a sensation of heat. It is most commonly used in warming or localised pain relief and anti-inflammatory creams intended for muscle pain relief.
