It certainly invigorates and helps with concentration. Its fresh mint scent has a positive, invigorating effect on the whole body. Peppermint oil acts as a muscle relaxant, relieves muscle pain and unpleasant physical symptoms caused by sport or physical exertion. It works on the skin's cold receptors, suppressing the sensation of pain. It can also be an effective remedy for migraine symptoms and period cramps.

Vitamin E, also known as tocopherol, increases skin moisture, softness and smoothness. It is also known for its protective effect against the sun, protecting against harmful rays. It plays an important role in preventing the formation of free radicals. Free radicals in the skin also form partly due to skin ageing and skin cancer development. In cosmetic products it is used as an anti-ageing vitamin, characterised by good cell protection and a vitalising effect.
