Mint - Menthol is the main component of the peppermint plant. Effects: antispasmodic, soothing, cooling, astringent and antiseptic. Cools, disinfects, refreshes, acts anti-inflammatory, soothingly, strengthens, acts antispasmodically.

Camphor - camphor oil is used as a component of creams, massage and bath oils, suitable for additional treatment of tired, aching limbs. Main properties of camphor: local anaesthetic, anti-inflammatory, pain-relieving, antiseptic, cooling, skin-cleansing. One of the main properties of camphor is anaesthesia, so it is excellent for rheumatic ailments, locomotor system disorders, back and muscle pain. Due to its refreshing effect, essential oil is recommended for relieving fatigue and exhaustion. Uses: disinfecting and refreshing air spaces; treating muscle and joint pain, sports injuries, increasing skin blood circulation; cosmetic treatment of skin problems.

Dwarf Pine - according to its uses, it is suitable for relaxing muscles (legs, arms, back, shoulders), stimulating muscle regeneration and refreshing tired feet. Spruce oil is included in the composition of ointments, gels and liquids which are used externally. They are applied to the affected area in cases of muscle pain or strain, as well as back and joint pain. The oil stimulates metabolism in skin and muscles, promotes blood circulation, so the treated area warms up quickly.
