How to Use

Make sure the skin where you will use the anti-cellulite cup is clean, dry and free from oils, creams or lotions.

The skin should not be irritated or damaged.

You can apply a small amount of massage oil or specialised anti-cellulite oil to the skin to help the cup glide more easily. This is not essential, but makes the massage easier.

Gently squeeze the cup to create a vacuum and apply it to the skin in the area you wish to massage.

Move the cup smoothly – always in the direction towards the heart. Massage gently but with moderate pressure to avoid discomfort or excessive skin redness.

After Massage

Once you have finished the procedure, gently remove the cup from the skin. If you used oil, it can be rinsed off with warm water and mild soap. The cup itself should also be rinsed and dried before the next use.
