STERISEPT WIPES are alcohol-free rapid disinfection wipes designed for cleaning invasive and non-invasive medical devices and alcohol-sensitive surfaces. Single-use wipes come in a convenient ready-to-use pack. STERISEPT WIPES contain no alcohols, aldehydes or PHMB, making them suitable for all water-tolerant surfaces in medical settings. Thanks to its specially formulated composition, STERISEPT WIPES offer excellent material compatibility and good cleaning properties. STERISEPT WIPES demonstrate broad bactericidal activity (including MRSA, VRE), mycobactericidal activity (including Mycobacterium avium and Mycobacterium terrae), fungicidal activity and yeast elimination. The product is also active against viruses (including HBV, HIV, HCV, Vaccinia and Rota) and spores (including Clostridium difficile). STERISEPT WIPES are compatible with stainless steel, glass, aluminium, copper, brass, ceramic, PVC, rubber, plastic, silicone, acrylic and perspex surfaces and instruments.

INSTRUCTIONS

STERISEPT wipes are ready to use. Open the box lid and pull out an impregnated wipe to the perforation line. To tear off the wipe, pull sharply at a slight angle. After removing the wipe, immediately close the lid to prevent the wipes from drying out. Thoroughly clean the surface with the impregnated wipe, ensuring complete coverage. Contact time is minimum 60 seconds or as required for the desired effect (see table). STERISEPT WIPES are an excellent product for rapid disinfection of medical devices and equipment, and are also suitable for surfaces such as patient-adjacent surfaces, examination couches, physiotherapy mats, operating tables, patient chairs, wheelchairs, stretchers, trays and other trolleys.
