VALQUER chemical perm neutraliser is a professional cosmetic product for salon use, neutralising the effects of permanent wave solution on hair and helping restore the hair cortex structure after the shaping procedure.

Instructions for use

  1. After chemical perming, thoroughly rinse the hair while rods are still in place.
  2. Gently pat dry with a towel without removing the rods.
  3. Apply neutraliser to each rod, distributing evenly. Reserve a small amount for the final step.
  4. Leave to work for approximately 5 minutes to stabilise the curl formation.
  5. Carefully remove the rods.
  6. Distribute the remaining neutraliser through the entire length of the hair.
  7. Rinse thoroughly with water.

Safety precautions

  • Contains hydrogen peroxide.
  • Wear appropriate protective gloves.
  • Avoid contact with eyes.
  • If contact with eyes occurs, rinse immediately and thoroughly with water.
  • Recommended for professional hairdressers only.
