How to use:

  • Dampen the herb compress slightly with water.
  • Heat the compress in a steam bath for approximately 20 minutes, for example in a steam pot.
  • Once the compress is heated, apply it to acupressure points (first check the temperature on the inner part of your wrist!).
  • When the compress has cooled slightly but is still warm, you can gently glide it across your entire body and face, adjusting pressure as needed.
  • Once the compress cools completely, move on to the second compress.
