CLASS B autoclave is one of the highest-grade steam pressure sterilisers, suitable for specula, dental handpieces, burs, scissors and more. The key feature of Class B is fractional pre-vacuum: complete air removal is achieved through a sequence of vacuum pulses and steam injections. This is currently the most effective method, ensuring sterilisation for any type of instrument - including complex shapes and hollow instruments, which Class S or N cannot reliably process.

The device complies with European standard prEN 13060 Class B and is CE certified under EC Directive 93/42/EEC - a requirement for clinics inspected by health authorities or performing invasive procedures.

The device features 4 automatic programmes with working temperatures of 121 or 134 °C:

UNWRAPPED - for sterilising unwrapped materials; suitable for quick turnover between clients;

WRAPPED - for wrapped materials; allows pre-preparing instrument sets;

COTTON - for cotton materials (e.g. towels); important for beauty therapy and massage clinics;

PLASTIKA - for plastics and rubber (e.g. gloves, brushes); protects against material deformation at lower temperature.
